2010 wedding designs

varga wedding
More on the wedding design aspect of things... this year, I had the privilege of designing for Mr. & Mrs. Jeff Varga! Here are some samples of the work I did for them... it was the largest wedding project that I have had yet. It included save the dates, wedding invitation (base, directions cards, rsvp cards), program, table tents, thank yous, and reception invitations.

The couple went with very clean and simple lines that combined traditional emblems from both cultures... the colors were khaki and gunmetal gray. For the Chinese banquet reception at the wedding the colors were traditional red and gold, but kept the same simplistic style as the rest of the wedding publications.

I'll post the thank you card and reception invitation as those come available from the bride and groom.

2009 designs: jacobs wedding

jacobs wedding designs
Last year I had the priviledge of designing for one of my very good friend's weddings. She and her husband asked me to design and gave me full liberty to design whatever... praise the Lord, the bride and I have very similar taste! :) She went with a garden theme for the ceremony... semi-casual with the main colors being blush pink and a tahitian gold with accents of teal. These pictures are only samples of the final designs. The invitation kept the more "formal" feel while the candy buffet banner below brought some fun and whimsy to the reception. More to come later!
